It does not:

• Encourage individuals to avoid employment

• Suggest leaving work or responsibilities

• Promote avoidance of professional obligations

The name reflects a leisure experience only.
Guests remain fully responsible for their personal, professional, and financial decisions.

3. PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES
Participation in activities at The No Work Club is voluntary.
Some activities involve:

• Physical movement

• Equipment use

• Skill-based challenges

By taking part, you acknowledge:

• There are inherent risks in leisure activities

• You agree to follow all staff instructions

• You will use equipment responsibly

Failure to follow safety guidance may result in:

• Removal from an activity

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS

• Equipment failure prevents participation

• Operational issues occur

Where appropriate, we may offer:

• Rebooking

• Credit

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The No Work Club accepts no liability for:

• Lost items

• Damaged items

• Theft

unless caused by our negligence.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Photography or filming may occasionally occur for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in:

• Photos

• Videos

please inform a member of staff.

10. CONDUCT
Guests must behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove any individual who:

• Acts aggressively

• Damages property

• Creates safety risks

No refund will be provided in cases of removal for misconduct.
